​Ab and arm cardio sweat circuit

Here's a 20 minute Fat burner for you to try! These exercises burn your lower abs, upper abs, and obliques. Be sure to share this workout so you can help others get motivated and to easily reference it when you need an ab burner👉👙 let me know how you like it! 

Try one minute of each with 15 seconds rest in between each exercise. Repeat 3 times. 

Crawling plank pike-ups
Scissor push-ups
Plank side leg lifts, 
Oblique planks
Tricep push-up hold

**Toned Arms** Workout -- perfect for strength training those arms and keeping them lean. I did 13 of each of each and repeated the circuit 4 times.

Flys
Overhead press
Alternating bicep curls
Tricep kickbacks

**Get Rid of The Arm Jiggly**​

Resistance band work fun to change it up! Bicep curls, push-ups, Lat band Pulls, Tricep Dips. I did 12 of each and repeated the circuit 4 times for a great upper body workout!
