Banana Greek Yogurt Oat Muffins- college student approved I whipped these up for my oldest son when he started his first year at OU. It’s very good and scrumptious. I originally posted this on my instagram theProteinShack page.
The LeanCEO recipe 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 2 ripe bananas 2 eggs 2 cups rolled oats 1/4 cup brown sugar 1.5 tsp baking powder 1/2 Tsp baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips blend everything together until creamy in blender, add to greased lined muffin pans until each is 3/4 full, add choco chips to each muffin pushing a few to the middle of muffin with a chopstick.
bake 400 degrees for 10-15 min makes 1 dozen enjoy!
