I love it when I have time to play in the kitchen and yesterday was one of those days. This recipe is gluten-free!
Sweet Potato Toast Recipe
1. Slice sweet potato length wise about 1/4 inch thick. You may leave the skin on if you'd like.
2. Place in roaster or mini-oven. You may have to keep re-cooking until its tender.
3. Then, top with whatever you normally would on toast!
