🍫🍪Recipe👇🏼: Healthy Reese's Almond Butter Cups Ingredients For bottom layer 1.5 scoop of vegan chocolate shakeology 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted For middle layer 6 tbsp Almond butter (each cup receiving 1/2 tsp) or more if your tastes prefer. For top layer 1.5 scoop vegan chocolate 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted Makes 24 mini-cups Recipe 1. Spray pan with coconut oil spray. Spoon in reserved chocolate mixture for the bottom layer of cup in a mini-muffin pan, approximately 1/2 tbsp. Repeat until all 24 are done. 2. Place in freezer to freeze 5-7 minutes. 3. Remove from freezer then add in 1/2 tsp of nut butter, laying it flat with spoon as possible. 4. Spoon on the rest of chocolate for top layer. 5. Let freeze for 1 hour. Then take them out, flip pan over, hitting the bottom of each with a metal spoon. This should make them pop out. 6. Enjoy! **Shakeology is not just a protein powder.
